Kemas Achmad Mujoko (Jojo) has 8-year and continuous advancement in the education sector specializing in Monitoring, Research, Evaluation, Learning, and Data Analyst. He is passionate about the issues of community participation, and data-driven decision-making in Programs and Policies affecting young people, micro-enterprises, and marginalized communities. He has the quality to examine complex problems into structured solutions, innovative ideas, and robust solutions by working and delivering responsibilities within the team, optimizing updated technologies, and data-driven decision-making.
He has been working since 2014 on MnE and Program Management, along with his study at Universitas Negeri Jakarta majoring in Sociology of Development. Besides his ability to develop M&E tools with various techniques: ToC, LFA, GESI etc, he is able to operate various data management systems/applications such as MySQL, STATA, NVIVO, SPSS, R, BigQuery etc. As an achievement, he developed and managed MnE systems for more than 113 local minority organizations, 2 National-wide NGOs, and 2 International NGOs including the UN. His previous achievement was developing a system for volunteer management in the Business Mentoring System to 13.000 volunteer mentors recruited in a year.
